Pipeline CRM

A sales workspace your team can actually keep clean: drag-stage pipelines, a weighted forecast that recalculates as deals move, and a contact record that remembers every call, email and quote.

Inside the app

What it does out of the box

22 connected functions on one schema, spanning three permission levels. Everything below is in the template before a line of customisation.

Dashboard for Sara

24 deals open worth $684,000, and 3 have had no activity in three weeks.

My pipeline

Deals by stage, with the close date each one actually has.

Accounts

One record per company, with everything that has happened on it.

Activity

Calls, emails, meetings and notes on one timeline per account.

Forecast

Commit, best case and pipeline, with movement against last week.

Team pipeline

Every deal across the team, and where coverage is thin.

Stages and fields

What a stage means, and what has to be true to enter it.

Audit log

Every stage change, owner change and export. Retained for seven years.

Permissions

Three roles, one build

A rep works their deals. A manager owns the forecast and sees where coverage is thin. An administrator defines what a stage means. The stage definitions are what make the forecast worth reading.

What you get

Delivered as a repository, not a login.

Sales teams of 5–200 that have outgrown shared spreadsheets but do not want another per-seat subscription.

  • 9 production functions spanning three permission levels
  • Full source code and PostgreSQL schema in your repository
  • Role-based access control, enforced server-side
  • Immutable audit log written on every change
  • Responsive layouts, usable on a phone, not just resized
  • CSV import and export on every core record
  • Deployment configuration for your cloud account
  • Twelve months of updates, and no per-seat charge ever

Access and evidence

A forecast you can defend

A pipeline where anyone can drag a deal to Negotiation is a pipeline nobody can forecast from. Requiring something to be true before a stage changes is what makes the percentage mean anything.

  • Each stage carries a stated entry requirement
  • Probability is set by stage, not typed by the rep
  • A deal past its close date shows as slipping, never rolled forward silently
  • Closed lost requires a reason from a defined list
  • Forecast movement week on week is visible rather than absorbed
  • Deals with no activity for 21 days are surfaced automatically
  • Role-based access control, enforced server-side
  • Immutable audit log written on every change

Questions

Pipeline CRM, in practical terms

Do I get the source code for Pipeline CRM?

Yes. The repository, application code, database schema, migrations, seed data and deployment configuration, is transferred to your organisation on delivery. There is no licence key and nothing that calls home.

How many sales people can use it?

As many as you like. Per-seat CRM pricing is the single biggest reason companies ration access and end up with a pipeline nobody outside sales can see.

Why can't reps set their own probability?

Because a forecast built on individually optimistic percentages is not a forecast. Probability comes from the stage, and stages have entry requirements, so moving a deal forward means something happened, not that someone felt good about it.

Can it be changed to match our sales process?

That is the usual route. A fitted build sets up your stages and entry requirements, required fields, lost reasons, forecast categories, branding and up to two integrations, and typically takes one to three weeks from a signed scope.

Does it handle quoting?

Lightly. If quoting is a real part of your sale, configured products, discount approval, margin floors, Quote Builder is the app for that, and a fitted build connects the two so a won quote closes the deal.

What does it cost to run?

Hosting only, paid to your own cloud provider, roughly $50 to $200 a month depending on how much activity history you retain.

Want Pipeline CRM shaped around your process?

A fitted build adjusts fields, stages, roles and integrations to how your team already works. One scoping call, a fixed price, one to three weeks.
