Pricing

Per-seat pricing charges you for growing.

We charge once, for the application. Add the whole company on day one and the number does not move.

The numbers

What per-seat actually costs over five years

The comparison that matters is not licence versus licence. It is a bill that grows with headcount against one that does not.

Illustrative five-year cost for a 40-person team. SaaS figures use publicly listed 2026 rates for typical mid-tier plans and exclude customisation and implementation. Our figure is a fitted build plus self-hosting at $120/month.

Questions

Pricing, without the asterisks

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once for the app. The only recurring cost is hosting, which you pay to your own cloud provider and which typically lands between $50 and $200 a month depending on size. We never charge per user, per record or per workflow.

What happens after the twelve months of updates?

Nothing breaks. Updates are improvements, not a licence renewal, the software you have keeps working indefinitely. You can extend updates, bring maintenance in-house, or hire any other developer, because the code is yours and it is written in a mainstream stack.

Where does it run?

Your infrastructure. Most clients deploy to Vercel, AWS, Azure or a single VPS; some run it entirely on-premise for data residency reasons. If you would rather not manage it, we offer managed hosting as a separate, cancellable arrangement. It is never a condition of purchase.

On-demand

Booking apps are quoted per build.

The catalogue is priced per app because the app already exists. An on-demand build is priced per project, because a taxi dispatch and a salon diary are different systems wearing similar screens. What does not change is the shape of the deal.

Paid once, to us

One fixed price, agreed in writing at scoping and before anyone writes code. Covers the customer app, the provider app, the admin console and twelve months of updates.

Never paid, to anyone

No per-seat charge as you hire, and no percentage of a booking as you grow. The two costs that scale with your success are the two we do not levy.

Paid elsewhere, at cost

Cloud hosting at roughly $50–200 a month to your own provider, Apple’s annual developer fee and Google’s one-off registration. Billed to you by them, never marked up by us.

Get a fixed price before anyone writes code

One scoping call produces a written specification and a fixed quote. If the number does not work, you have lost an hour and gained a spec.
