Terms of use

This website is provided for information. You may use it for lawful purposes and may not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at a rate that degrades service, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.

Prices shown are indicative starting points. A binding price exists only in a written quote signed by both parties. Descriptions, function counts and timelines describe our current catalogue and may change without notice.

On full payment for an application we assign to you the source code delivered under that engagement, including schema, migrations and deployment configuration. You may use, modify, host and extend it without restriction on user numbers, and without further payment to us.

You may not resell or redistribute the delivered code as a competing template, SDK or catalogue product. Using it to operate your own business, including as part of a service you offer your customers, is expressly permitted.

Third-party components remain under their own open-source or commercial licences, which we list in the delivered repository.

Twelve months of updates are included from delivery. Updates are improvements, not a licence renewal: the software continues to function indefinitely whether or not you extend. Support beyond the included setup period is provided under a separate agreement.

Unless you buy managed hosting, you are responsible for hosting, backups, access control and compliance obligations attaching to the data you process. We are not the controller or processor of data inside software you host.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data.

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction stated in your signed quote. Where no quote exists, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of this website.
