Offers
Promotions with rules that actually hold. A code posted publicly is a discount for everyone forever, which is rarely what anybody intended.

Inside the app
What it does out of the box
22 connected functions on one schema across 1 user type. Everything below is in the template before a line of customisation.
Targeted
Offers appear only for clients who qualify. A midday-only offer never shows to somebody who only ever books Saturdays.
Rules that hold
Off-peak only, new clients only, one per visit, not with other offers. Enforced at redemption rather than printed in small type.
Plainly stated
Every condition in the open, before the counter. Hidden conditions are how a promotion turns into a complaint.
Expiry
Shown well ahead. Expiring something quietly is how a scheme loses the clients it was meant to keep.
Scan to redeem
A code the desk scans. Nothing to install, nothing to learn mid-service.
History
What was used, when and what it was worth, so a question at the desk takes ten seconds.
User types
One user type, and a scan at the desk.
Staff scan a code rather than learning an app, so there is one user type here. An offer that needs explaining at the counter costs more in service time than it earns.
User, the only user
Sees what is available to them specifically, with the conditions stated before they get to the counter. One user type, because the staff side is a scan.
- Only offers they actually qualify for
- Conditions stated plainly up front
- Expiry shown well before it happens
- Redeem with a scan at the desk
- History of what was used and when
The limits
What this is not.
The same list we give for every app in the catalogue, because the fastest way to a bad project is a promise made in a meeting that nobody wrote down.
It does not process payments
It records that an offer was applied. The discount is taken at your till, through your own systems.
It is not a marketing platform
It holds and enforces the offers. Sending campaigns is a fitted-build addition or an integration with what you already use.
It will not fix a bad offer
If the promotion is not compelling, better software will not help. We will say so at scoping.
Consumer law is yours
Promotional terms and advertising rules where you trade remain your responsibility. We build to the rules you confirm apply.
Questions
Questions, answered plainly.
If yours is not here, ask it on the call rather than guessing from a pricing page.
Why not just use discount codes?
Because a code ends up posted publicly and becomes a permanent discount for everyone. Offers tied to a client account with rules enforced at redemption do not leak that way.
Can offers be limited to quiet times?
Yes, and that is usually the right use. Discounting your busiest Saturday costs money you were going to take anyway; filling a Tuesday midday does not.
Does the staff need an app?
No, they scan a code at the desk. Adding a device to a counter mid-service is how these schemes stop being used.
Do I get the source code?
Yes, on the same terms as every app here. No licence key and nothing that calls home.
