Today
Who is in, who is not, and what is waiting on you.
Twenty-eight of thirty-one accounted for.
Two are on approved leave and one has not clocked in or told anybody why. Three claims are waiting on you, the oldest since Tuesday.
Attendance over 14 working days
Present as a share of expectedThe dip in the second week is the two days either side of the August holiday, which is normal and is why the figure is shown against expected rather than against headcount.

Your hours, your activity and everything recorded about you.
This is everything the agent has recorded about you today. You can see it because you are the person it is about, and you can claim any stretch it missed.
Today
Active minutes per hourThe gap at 13:00 is your lunch break. Nothing is recorded during a break and the agent shows a gap rather than filling it in.

An offline claim is how somebody gets credit for work the agent could not see: a site visit, a workshop, a laptop left behind. Without it, every hour away from a keyboard looks like an hour not worked, which is both wrong and the fastest way to lose people.

Lateness by weekday
Last 90 daysMonday is three times any other day. That is a commute pattern, and it is cheaper to move the Monday start time than to keep recording it.
Absence by reason

Support runs lowest every week and it is the only team on a single-cover rota. One person off is a nine-point drop, so the number is about the rota rather than the team.

Desktop agent
What it records, what it does not, and who has it.
Install it once.
The agent clocks you in when you start work and records whether input happened. It does not read what you type, and it tells you what it is doing while it does it.
What it records
Always visible to you- Clock-in and clock-out, with the site you connected from
- Whether keyboard or pointer input happened in each minute
- The name of the application in front, not what is inside it
- Nothing at all while a break is running
What it does not
By design- It does not log keystrokes or read documents
- It does not run outside your shift unless you start it
- It does not take screenshots unless your organisation turns that on, and you are told on the day if it does
- It cannot be installed silently: the person has to accept it

Timesheet, week of 31 August
One week: what was worked and what was paid.
Forty-four hours worked and forty paid. Four hours are early starts that fall outside the rounding window, and the same four hours happen every week.
This week

Absence
Who is away, why, and what pattern it makes.
By team
4.8% overall| Team | Headcount | Absence | Pattern | Return interviews | Note |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Warehouse night | 48 | 7.2% | Mondays and Fridays | 22% | Highest and least reviewed |
| Warehouse day | 62 | 4.1% | Even | 58% | - |
| Drivers | 34 | 5.4% | After long routes | 31% | Fatigue, not sickness |
| Office | 41 | 2.8% | Even | 71% | - |
| Maintenance | 18 | 3.2% | Even | 66% | - |
Driver absence clusters after long routes, which is a scheduling finding rather than a sickness one. Recording the pattern is what makes the difference visible; recording only the days does not.
Overtime
Who works extra, at what cost, and whether it was planned.
Top of the list
68% unplanned| Person | Team | Contracted | Overtime | Ratio | Planned |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Aksel Berg | Warehouse night | 160 | 68 | 43% | 12% planned |
| Rui Almeida | Warehouse night | 160 | 61 | 38% | 18% planned |
| Elin Sandberg | Drivers | 160 | 54 | 34% | 44% planned |
| Kian Boyle | Warehouse day | 160 | 18 | 11% | 89% planned |
| Lucia Marchetti | Office | 150 | 4 | 3% | 100% planned |
One hundred and eighteen thousand dollars of overtime is about 2.4 full-time people. Whether that is cheaper than hiring depends on numbers nobody has put next to each other, which is what this screen is for.

This quarterReports: performance
Against target, with the gap named.
Against target by team
100 is the targetReturn interviews are the only intervention with evidence behind them and the team that needs them most holds them least. Nothing about that is a mystery; it is a night shift with one supervisor.

What breached, what is late and what nobody owns.
Exceptions
18 open| Issue | People | Amount | Cause | Fixable |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rounding one way only | 18 | 3,400 hrs a year | Bus arrives 05:42, shift starts 06:00 | Yes, round both ways |
| Unplanned overtime | 22 | $118,000 | Covering night-shift absence | Partly |
| Return interviews not held | 48 | 7.2% absence | One supervisor on nights | Yes |
| Driver absence after long routes | 34 | 5.4% absence | Route scheduling | Yes, re-sequence |
| 11 people with no team | 11 | Hours unallocated | Never assigned | Yes |
The first row costs about $61,000 a year to fix and is currently a saving. Calling it a saving requires nobody to have added it up, which is what this report does.

Why custom roles exist
- An employee can see every adjustment made to their own recorded time
- A team leader approves and cannot edit a clock record, only add an adjustment
- Every adjustment carries a reason and the employee is told
- Nobody can delete a clock record, including the administrator
Roles
5 roles| Role | Type | People | Scope | Can approve to | Status |

A clock record cannot be edited or deleted by anybody; an adjustment sits beside it with a reason and the employee is told. Time somebody was actually at work is a fact, and what gets paid for it is a decision.

- Without rostering there is nothing to compare actual hours against, and unplanned overtime cannot be told from planned
- Without route planning the driver absence pattern looks like sickness
- Without occupational health long-term cases are tracked in a spreadsheet
- Hours still reach payroll; every pattern in them disappears
